Willamette National Forest – Pre-Solicitation for Campground & Related Granger-Thye Concessions

The Willamette National Forest is issuing this pre-solicitation to inform interested parties of the upcoming campground concession opportunity and site visit that will occur prior to the prospectus publication. Responses received as a result of this pre-solicitation could potentially assist the forest with the development of the prospectus. The concession opportunity is for recreation facilities on the Willamette National Forest and includes 66 campgrounds, day use sites and boat launches; these facilities are divided into two packages: the north package is for 28 facilities on the Detroit, Sweet Home and McKenzie River Ranger Districts; the average annual revenue of these facilities was $650,000 from 2016-2020. The south package is for 38 facilities on the McKenzie River and Middle Fork Ranger Districts; the average annual revenue from these facilities was almost $785,000 from 2016-2020. A guided in-person site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, August 3, 2021 through Friday, August 6, 2021. See attached documents for additional information.
