Air Show 2023 DH-115 Performance

The 4th Contracting squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Vampire Aviation, LLC. The Air Show at Seymour Johnson AFB Requires a de Havilland 115 (DH-115) for the solo aerobatic demonstration. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-l(b)(l). The procurement is for Air Show Performance and Services. Due to the fact that Vampire Aviation, LLC is the only company that provides the DH-115. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The anticapted award is May 2023.
