MHSAA Marketing Program

The Michigan United States & Property Fiscal Office - Purchasing & Contracting Division intends to issue a sole-source award, for a period of twelve months utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to the Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA) for the use of their advertising and marketing program for Michigan high schools. The marketing program will enhance the Michigan Army National Guard's image, increase recruitment efforts and reach, and contribute to recruitment goals established by National Guard Bureau. This is an exclusive advertising package & program (which includes but not limited to approved use of MHSAA marks & positioning, official designation/category exclusivity, digital media, social media campaign, cross country presenting advertiser, basketball championships activation, etc.), for enhanced capabilities to support Recruiting & Retention's operational efforts, enhance marketing capability, and increase target market impression rates. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE Responses to this Notice of Intent should be from firms capable of the same advertising services previously described, at high school championship events; within the same size and scope capable as the Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA) and in the same geographical locations/target market areas (see attached pdf titled quote mark Target Market quote mark) within the State of Michigan. Response to this Notice of Intent to Award must be submitted in writing no later than 1:00 pm ET, 28 March 2018.
