The 42nd Contracting Sqaudron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Corporate Kids Events, Inc 18414 Alexandra Way, Suite 101 A, Grass Valley, CA 95949. The contractor is to provide child care services on site for 40 children for the Yellow Ribbon Event scheduled for July 23-25, 2010 in Destin, Fl. in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services, they must respond to this notice before 6/25/2010 at 1:00pm Central Standard Time (CST). If no response are received by the above referenced date/time a sole source contract will be awarded to the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort subject to the availabilty of funds.
