The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center - Fort Bragg located at Fort Bragg, NC intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis (as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1) with Father Edward Kita to provide religious duties as a Roman Catholic Clergy for Fort Bragg, NC. This requirement will have a period of performance that begins 1 October 2008 through 30 September 2009. This requirement will require the priest to be an ordained Roman Catholic Clergy deemed by the Archdiocese of the Military Services (AMS) and in good standing with the AMS. The priest shall conduct approximately 8-10 masses weekly; conduct weekly confessions; funerals as needed; and monthly Baptisms. The Priest shall also be available on an on-call basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 624190, Other Individual and Family Services with a small business size standard of $7 M.
