The 374 th Contracting Squadron intends to issue an award on a sole source basis to ScreamFree Institute, 45 Technology Pkwy S., Suite 240, Norcross, Georgia 30092 for a requirement to provide parenting and marriage seminars, facilitator kits and train the trainer certification sessions at Camp Zama and Okinawa, Japan. The anticipated award date is 12 Sep 2012 under NAICS 624190. The size standard associated with this NAICS is $7.0 million. The period of performance will be for one (1) week, four (4) days at Camp Zama and three (3) days in Okinawa. This notice is for informational purposes only; IT IS NOT a request for competitive quotes. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), "Only One Source Reasonably Available".
