G--Army Strong Community Center (ASCC) Support Program

This amendment is to correct the previous posting which provides an incorrect title and description of the requirement and to provide the correct title and description. The previously attached draft RFP and PWS are correct. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Army Strong Community Centers (ASCC) Services in support of the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC). This requirement will be restricted to 8(a) businesses on a competitive basis. All other offerors are ineligible to provide proposals. The contract period consists of a base period (12 consecutive months from contract award date) with two, 1-year option periods. The Contractor shall provide labor, supervision, and required materials to provide day to day support to the Army Reserve Family Programs Directorate (ARFPD) at Head Quarters USARC, Fort Bragg, NC to include; (6) identified CONUS locations. A comprehensive list of locations is provided within the PWS. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 624190,"Other Individual and Family Services", with a small business size standard of $7 Million. Release Date: The anticipated posting date of the RFP is on/or around 11 July 2012. Upon release to the public, the RFP as well as amendments will be available at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation. The RFP will specify the actual date and time for receipt of proposals. It is a requirement that all Contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered with Central Contractors Registry (CCR) per FAR Clause 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration.
