NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 624190. The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 to S.E.I., Inc. for Resiliency Training. S.E.I., Inc. has the ability to meet requirements for a one week resiliency training course, 28 June through 2 July 2021, in the vicinity of Park City, UT. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 10:00AM PST , 07 June 2021 that are equivalent to the S.E.I., Inc. will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
