This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the Government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Boley Center, Inc. 445 31st Street N, St Petersburg, Florida 33713, pursuant to FAR PART 6.302-1(a) (2), only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy the agency's requirements. Department of Veterans Affairs, Bay Pines Healthcare System intends to award a contract for Substance Use & PTSD Integrated Recovery Intensive Outpatient Program for the veteran population. This contract will be for one year, twelve (12) months. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by closing date, Friday, September 20, 2013, 2:00 PM EST by e-mail to
