Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award a sole source agreement to a nursing facility in the VA Medical Center Erie, PA catchment area (McKean County) for the provision of onsite nursing home services for eligible Veteran recipients currently housed at that facility. The sole source award will remain in effect until 12/31/2019 or when a Veteran Care Agreement is placed.
