Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award a sole source agreement to a skilled nursing facility in the VA Medical Center Butler, PA catchment area (Butler County) for the provision of onsite nursing home services for eligible Veteran recipients currently housed at that facility. The sole source award will remain in effect until 09/30/2020 or when Veteran Care Agreements are placed.
