Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award sole source agreement extensions to two (2) nursing facilities in the VA Medical Center Philadelphia catchment area (Montgomery County) for the provision of onsite nursing home services for eligible Veteran recipients currently housed at that facility. The sole source awards will remain in effect until 02/28/2021 or until a new contract is placed.
