Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award a sole source agreement extension to a nursing home in the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System catchment area (Beaver County) for the provision of onsite nursing home services for eligible Veteran recipients currently housed at that facility. The sole source award will remain in effect until 06/30/2021 or until a new contract is placed.
