Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award a sole source agreement to a nursing facility in the VA Pittsburgh, PA catchment area for the provision of onsite nursing home services for eligible Veteran recipients currently housed at that facility. The sole source award will remain in effect until 01/31/2024 or when the patients can be safely and/or comfortably moved to other VA contracted nursing facilities in the area.
