MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office, Tacoma, Washington, intends to increase an existing purchase order with Regeneration Technologies for Allograft Tissue and Bone products in amount of $75,000.00, overall total $100,000.00 in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE FDA APPROVED. Allograft tissue and bone products are ordered to best meet the patients specific medical needs/requirements as requested by the Surgeon. SEE NOTE 22
