Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Lacey, WA. intends to issue a sole source award to Blood Bank of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties DBA Lifestream in the estimated amount of $50,000.00 for a base period plus one-year option period to provide Blood Supplies and Products to the Department of Pathology at Weed Army Community Hospital (WACH), Ft Irwin, CA. Blood supplies and products be available for delivery within a 40 mile radious of Weed Army Community Hospital 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and must be processed in a fully accredited laboratory. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capabilities and specifications.
