Q301--Roseburg and Eugene Blood and Blood Products POP 1/1/21 - 12/31/21 Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO20; VA Puget Sound Health Care System intends to enter into a contract with contract with Bloodworks Northwest on a sole source basis for the following services; blood products and services. The Contractor shall provide blood products and services to Roseburg and Eugene VAMC on a routine and STAT basis. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide this service. Responses must be received no later than 9:00 AM PDT on 30 December 2020.
