FBO NOTICE OF AWARD DUE TO SOLE SOURCE This announcement is to provide notification of the Department of Veterans Affairs intent to enter into a sole source purchase order with the following vendor; Midwest Medical Transport Company, LLC 2155 33rd Ave Columbus, NE 68601 Service description: The Contractor shall furnish Urgent/Emergent Inter-Facility ALS/BLS Ground Ambulance Transport Services for the patients/beneficiaries of the Omaha VA Medical Center located at 4101 Woolworth Ave, Omaha NE 68105. This emergency procurement contains a period of performance lasting a period of twelve months. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 621910. Any interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement, and should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide this service. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer by Wednesday, January 15th, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. local time.
