Notice of Intent to Sole Source

This intent will establishment a short term bridge contract (09/28/2023 - 3/31/2024) for Home Oxygen Services and Deliveries in Alaska. This contract will maintain current services to allow the proper competition while the follow-on contract is put in place and provide time transition to a new vendor if necessary.
