The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 4 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, IDIQ sole source contract for Remote Teleradiology Interpretation Services on behalf of the veteran beneficiaries of the Lebanon, PA VA Medical Center to Radiology Imaging Institute, LTD; a verified service disabled veteran owned small business, located at 1783 Nolan Rd. Middleburg, FL 32068 under the authority as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The requirement is for approximately one year with the vendor providing after hours (nights, weekends, etc.) remote teleradiology services. This notice of intent is not a request for information, request for quotation or request for proposal and no written solicitation will be made available.
