NAICS Code 621512, size standard $15Million. The Government intends, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 to negotiate on a sole source basis with Regents of University of Michigan for this service to provide all materials, labor, supervision, and personnel to provide PET and MRI imaging services in support of research for the Ann Arbor VAMC Research Center. Sole source is due to the special capabilities required and the requirement of the provider to be in close proximity to the VA Ann Arbor Research Center. VA Research Center is located on University of Michigan Research Campus. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
