Description Intent to Sole Source 36C24223Q0217. This is an Intent to Sole Source, this is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information based on this requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2, Regional Procurement Office - East, on behalf of the Northport VA Medical Center located at 79 Middleville Rd, Northport, NY 11768 intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source award to Aegys LLC, 5313 Poplar Glen Court, Plainfield, IL 60586 for the purchase of TechGate AUTO MRI Doorway Protection System. This sole source award to Aegys LLC is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5. This Sole Source is authorized under FAR subpart 13.106-1(b) - soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deems only one source reasonably available.
