--Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract for diagnostic reagents specifically designed to use on the BD Probe Tec Instrument, in support of MEDDAC, Ireland Army Community Hospital (IACH), Fort Knox, KY.

The Government intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Becton Dickinson and CO., 7 Loveton Circle, Sparks, MD, 21152-9213, for diagnostic reagents specifically designed to use on the BD Probe Tec Instrument, in support of MEDDAC, Irela nd Army Community Hospital (IACH), Fort Knox, KY. The contract is for various diagnostic reagents specifically design to use with the above instrument. Proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. I nterested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement not later than 2 PM, 16 January 2007.
