Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office (WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to College of American Pathologists in the amount of $32,630.21 for a Base plus 2 year option contract, for Linerity Survey's Calibration and Proficiency Tests located at Evans Army Community Hospital, Department of Pathology, Fort Carson, CO. The CVL Surveys provide the most comprehensive menu of analytes and methods that cover broad ranges from near zero to the top of the AMR. Customized reports are provided with an Executive Summary for a quick overview of performance, a detailed evaluation with specific analyzes information, and calibration verification/linearity graphs. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability; and specifications within three (3) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
