Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Montana Army National Guard intends to award on a sole-source basis a firm-fixed price purchase order to: Billings Clinic (CAGE: 3JPX9) to support Occupational Health Medical Surveillance Exams. This requirement is to provide base exams for pre-identified technicians throughout a twelve-month period, beginning on the date of the signed contract. Traveling clinics are not considered capable to be available throughout the 12 month period will not be considered and does not meet the requirements. This Sole Source is authorized under FAR subpart 13.106-1(b), soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no reasonable and affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable to this notice.
