DESCRIPTION The Department of Veterans Affairs, Networking Contracting Office (NCO) 10, in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(2) (soliciting from a single source) intends to issue a single-award, firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (FFP, IDIQ) contract for per procedure services with IU Health Morgan to provide on-site Sleep Studies Services for the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLRVAMC). Market Research was performed, and it was determined that another VHA Sleep Lab is not located near the RLRVAMC and attempts to hire internal Sleep Lab Staff has produced little success. The authority for this is Title 38 USC 8153, Health Care Resources (HCR) sharing Authority purchase. NAICS is 621498 and size standard is $25.5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, solicitation, or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
