Q- Emergency Room Services

The Pensacola Naval Hospital, Pensacola, FL requires emergency room services in support of the Naval Hospital Pensacola for the establishment, operation, and management of a Level II Emergency Room. This is a sole source supplemental action to be included under Contract N00140-04-C-0030 to PhyAmerica Government Services Inc., for seven months while the follow-on acquisition under Solicitation N00189-09-R-Z067 can be procured. PhyAmerica is the only firm who can supply the required services for the acquisition. The proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
