Samson Robinson is certified by Department of the Armys Center for Substance Abuse Programs and is certified as an Installation Biochemical Testing Coordinator. Samson Robinson is the only known source who possess these uniqu e qualifications required for this program. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate solely with Samson Robinson. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 621420 and the size standard is $ 8.5 average annual receipts over the pas t three years.
