The 187th FW is hosting "Industry Day" teleconferences with individual vendors who are capable of meeting this requirement. Teleconference times will be available in 45 minute slots on 19-20 MAY 2020 from 0800 - 1200 hrs each day (each telecon will start at the top of the hour, e.g. 0800, 0900, etc.). The purpose of the Optimizing Human Weapon System Services (OHWS) program at the 187th Fighter Wing, Dannelly Field, Montgomery, AL, is to reduce the frequency and severity of neck and back pain injuries, reduce duty time lost, improve quality of life, enhance readiness, and support fighter aircrew retention. This program is described as pre-habilitation. Pre-habilitation involves prevention of disability and pain experienced as a result of fighter pilot operations through a program specifically designed to train and otherwise prepare aircrew for the rigorous demands of fighter aircraft. This is a non-personal services contract. The following positions and/or technical capabilities shall include: Physical Therapist, Athletic Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Massage Therapist.
