REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AT BRANCH HEALTH CLINIC, MOUNTAIN WARFARE TRAINING CENTER, CA This is a request for information, a contract is not anticipated from this RFI. The Naval Medical Logisitics Command has a requirement for mental health care professional services at Branch Health Clinic, Mountain Warfare Training Center, CA. Services shall be provided by either or all of the following professionals: Clinical psychologist (Doctorally prepared), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Masters prepared), and/or Marriage and Family Therapist (Masters prepared) with a minimum 2 years experience in the field. Service providers shall posses experience in the mental health field for the following diagnosis: Depression and Dysthymia; Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD); Anxiety; Insommnia; Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD); Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD); Addiction; and Marital Discord. In addition must have skills and training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of PTSD and be familiar with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Services will be provided no more than 40 hours in a two week period.
