Option year-Mod.dental services

The Indian Health Service, Colville Service Unit intends to issue a modification to exercise option year four to Contract Number HHSI248201400099G. This contract is to provide dental services at the Colville Service Unit. Per FAR 52.217-9 Option to extend Term of the contract shall apply for this action. The rates will remain the same and the performance shall remain the same. The RFQ number is No. 861832 which was submitted electronically via e-buy on April 14, 2014 at the Portland Area office, Portland, Oregon. This contract was awarded June 3, 2014. The scope for this modification shall remain the same. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal. The Government does not intent to fund the development of qualification of other sources for fulfilling this requirement. However; all proposal received with the response due date (3) calendar days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract will be based upon the responses received. Responses to this notice are considered solely for the purpose of determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This work will be recompeted for next fiscal year.
