Q--Extension of Services NTE 6 monthsIRON RANGE CBOC, INTERIM CONTRACT, PRIMARY CARE

The Minneapolis VA Medical Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Health Net Federal Services, 2025 Aerojet Road, Rancho Cordova, CA to provide temporary continuation of Primary Care Services for the Iron Range Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Hibbing, MN. The proposed action is for supplies and services as described in contract number V618P-3981a, as amended or modified, for a period not to exceed six months. The Government intends to solicit and negotiation for with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirement.
