Dowty R391/6-132-F/3 Propeller Strip and Assembly Training /Line Maintenance Best Practices and Blade Repair

The United States Coast Guard intends to award, on a sole source basis, a contract under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The antipated contract will be awarded to Dowty Propellers. Only the OEM can meet the training requirements that the Coast Guard needs in order to effectively operate and maintain the Dowty R391/6-132-F/3 Propellers Strip and Assembly training/Line Maintenance Best Practices and Blade Repair. The SATLMBR training will run for a duration of two separate training courses of ten eight hour days and will consist of SATLMBR Instructor led training on site, inclusive of all tooling required to complete tasks, at the USCG Asset Project Office Elizabeth City, NC. The antipated period of performance will be for a period of one year to commence at award. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quoations.
