The Commander Naval Installations Command, 5720 Integrity Drive, Bldg. 457, Millington, TN 38053, intends to award a sole source contract to Trevor Romain Company, Woody Englander, 1114 Lost Creek Road, Austin, TX 78746. The Child Youth Programs (CYP) requires the Trevor Romain Company to provide Transition and Resiliency training to Navy School-base elementary, middle and high schools and installation CYP Youth Programs (YP). Navy Child and Youth Programs (CYP) is required by legislation identified in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), Title 10 U.S.C. . §1785, "Youth Sponsorship Program" and (Section 1785 of title 10, United States Code), Section 563 (a) of the National Defense Authorization Act (support to families with Special Education needs) and is specified within the DOD Youth Instruction 6060.4 to provide a Youth Sponsorship Program for Navy Youth. Navy CYP uses Education Services (CYES) to execute this requirement using School Liaison Officers (SLO) and Youth Programs (YP). Execution includes providing resiliency and transition training/support, system navigation assistance to parents of children K-12 and CYP Youth Programs. This action will result in a firm-fixed-price-contract. Duration: Base period and four (4) option years.
