This is a Synopsis Notification (Intent to Sole Source). The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at West Point intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to only one responsible source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). "Only one responsible source" is based on the company being the sole developer and provider of the product and/or service and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government's requirement. Access to their platform has been ongoing for the past 3 years under Contract# W911SD20P0128, W911SD21P0094, and W911SD22P0094. The current Period of Performance (PoP) expires on 06/30/23. The next PoP is for a 1-year (12 month) period from 07/01/23 thru 06/30/24. MFR: ConnectNY Inc. Its contents are only accessible through their network database. The vendor does not sell nor supply access to their platforms through third parties. The NAICS Code Qualifier is 611710 ; SBA Size Standard is $24.0 Mil. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available. However, any interested party that believes is capable of meeting our requirement may identify themselves but must submit evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement as an authorized partner / seller of ConnectNY Inc. If you are an authorized partner / seller of ConnectNY Inc., you must submit written proof from ConnectNY that says you are authorized to supply / sell access to their digital platforms on their behalf (* INFO WILL BE VERIFIED *).
