Hoist Maintenance Training in support of the MH-47G and MH-60 aircraft (BL10300-151 rescue hoist at a flight line level for MH-47G aircraft and BL-27100 and BL-29900-30-1 series hoists used on the MH-60 aircraft)

The US Special Operations Command plans to award Hoist Maintenance Training in support of the MH-47G and MH-60 aircraft. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award to provide training to operate, maintain, and repair the BL10300-151 rescue hoist at a flight line level for MH-47G aircraft; as well as the BL-27100 and BL-29900-30-1 series hoists used on the MH-60 aircraft. The course will be no longer than three working days consisting of one day of class room instruction and two days training involving the hoist test stand. Classes will be provided at Ft Lewis WA, Ft Campbell KY and Hunter Army Airfield, Savannah GA; dates to be determined at the time of contract award. Attendance will be a minimum of four (4) and a maximum of sixteen (16) students. The US Special Operations Command intends to contract with Zephyr International, LLC, 5015 Enoch Road, Conway, SC 29526 for this training on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This is not a request for proposals. Responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, and submit a proposal. All responsible sources that submit an offer will be considered. A solicitation document is not available.
