This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to procure training activities, facilities, lodging, meals, training areas, transportation, and training support for Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) Cadet Leadership Camp. Attending cadets are from Washington, Oregon, and Alaska high schools. The Period of Performance is July 8-13, 2019. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for the above products and services to the firm of Leadership Challenge LLC, 210 Twin Creek Street, Henderson, Nevada 89074. The Proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. DURATION: This requirement will be for six days. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
