69--Contract W91QV1-10-C-0035, 120-day Extension of Driver and Rider Education Services

Mission and Installation Contracting Command, 9410 Jackson Loop, Suite 101, Fort Belvoir, Virginia 22060-5134 intends to issue a 120-day extension to existing contract W91QV1-10-C-0035 with Cape Fox Government Services, LLC, 804 Donnell Blvd, Daleville AL 36322-2134 for the period of 19 June 2011 to 18 October 2011. Services under this contract provide driver and rider education services to execute the Army Traffic Safety Training Program (ATSTP) in accordance with requirements established by the Department of Defense and the Department of the Army. This extension is the result of GAO Protest B-405156, dated 31 May 2011 filed in protest of the award issued under solicitation W9124J-11-R-0009, for Army Traffic Safety Training Program. This notice of intent is not a request for offers. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government.
