The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Regional Contacting Center Fort Sam Houston, Texas (CCMI-RCS) intends to award a firm fixed-price contract on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) to FISDAP, 2136 Ford Parkway #168, Saint Paul, MN. 55116. The proposed contract action will be made using simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.
