65--Notice of Intent to award sole source for Medical Online Web-Base Program Courses

MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office, Tacoma, WA intends to award a firm fixed priced order under FAR Part 6.302-1 for Medical Online Web-Base Program Courses for the Evan Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO to McGraw-Hill Global Education Holdings, LLC in the amount of $19,840.00 for a base year with two option years. McGraw-Hill Global Education Holdings, LLC s has proprietary rights for medical training courses. This medical training courses is considered mission critical and imperative to maintaining patient care at Evan Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
