Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Hood, TX intends to award a sole source purchase order to Paraclete XP Sky Venture, LLC a small business for the procurement of Virtual Wind Tunnel Instructor Training in support of the Operational Test Command, Airborne and Special Operations, Fort, Bragg, NC. This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) Soliciting from a Single Source. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available due to only one responsible source and no other service will satisfy agency requirements.
