THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR IDENTIFIED BELOW. This opportunity was available only to MINACT, Inc. under contract number DOLJ14UA20008 . The Employment and Training Administration intends to award a modification in the amount of $204,985.00 to the Benjamin L. Hooks Job Corps Center, operated by MINACT, Inc. It would have been impracticable to use a fixed price contract to secure services of the kind or quality required for this modification, since the modification was to an existing Cost-Plus Incentive Fee contract (Cost Reimbursement Contract). The funding is intended to increase the On-Board Strength by allocating additional student slots and expand or reinstate a high-performing Career Technical Training Program identified as a target program in the operation of Benjamin L. Hooks Job Corps Center.
