ASTRO 25 IV&D Training Courses for (1) Master Site Technician Specific (2) ATR/RF Site Technician Specific

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a one-time, sole source, firm-fixed price contract with Motorola Solutions, Inc., Columbia, MD for the purpose of training for ASTRO 25 IV&D Master Site Technician and ASTRO 25 IV&D ATR/RF Site Technician, for a total estimated cost of $45,090.00. Based on market research, and Government Technician experts, it has been determined that due to the Motorola proprietary software and hardware involved, only Motorola Solutions, Inc. provides the requisite training for the maintenance, repair and operation of the ASTRO 25 IV&D network. Training consists of two 5-day courses covering the ASTRO 25 IV&D Master Site Technician Specific and ASTRO 25 IV&D ATR/RF Site Technician specific requirements. Training will take place at the FBI field office for the Pacific Northwest Region, Seattle, Washington area. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
