The US Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration intend to award a sole source contract to Adams and Associates. The statutory authority permitting the acquisition of this requirement by other than full and open competition is 41 USC 254©(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. Job Corps is a national training program that provides comprehensive academic, residential and career technical and training services to approximately 60,000 disadvantage youth each year at 125 Job Corps centers nationwide. The requirement is for the operation of the Atterbury Job Corps Center located in Indiana. The anticipated period of performance is a six (6) month base period; with two option periods. The options consists of six-month option periods. The requirement includes the provision of academic, career technical, career success skills, and career development training and related support services . The contractor shall operate residential quarters (housing) and services to all students as applicable. This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for proposals. Therefore, no solicitation documents exist for this requirement. However, all responsible parties interested in responding to this notice are invited to submit a capability statement including costs by 3:00pm EST by November 30, 2015 that provides sufficient details for consideration by the Government, via e-mail transmittal to
