RECOVERY- Construction/Rehab ARRA forthe Operation of the Wilmington Job Corps Center

RECOVERY- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR THE INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A NOTICE FOR SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. THE ACTION DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A MODIFICATION TO EXISTING CONTRACT #DOL- J06PA00004. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR IDENTIFIED BELOW. This opportunity is available only to Management and Training Corporation under contract number DOL-J06PA00004. The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management on behalf of the Office of Job Corps has awarded a modification in the amount of $28,349 to the Wilmington Job Corps Center operated by Management and Training Corporation. These funds are provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and are with in the not to exceed ceiling for ARRA projects to be added to this contract for Construction/Rehab (CRA) ARRA projects. It would be impracticable to use a fixed price contract to secure services of the kind or quality required for this modification, since the modification is to an existing Cost Plus Incentive Fee contract (Cost Reimbursement Contract). The funding is provided for a Roof Leak repairs. The operator of this center will utilize these funds to make available additional training opportunities to the students of the Wilmington Job Corps Center. This award may allow for subcontracting possibilities.
