EMERGENCY EVACUATION TRAINING

The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) intends to negotiate and award under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source, with Air Care Facts Training, 324 West Bay Drive NW, Suite 200, Olympia WA 98502. It is determined that Air Care Facts Training is the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirement. JPATS requires emergency evacuation procedures training on a Boeing 737 aircraft. One (1) day training must be conducted on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the end of January 2014, and shall include both classroom instruction and hands-on drills with emergency equipment (vendor provided mobile 737 slide trainer) for 120 pilots and flight crew members. The training must meet all Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Standards and shall include local procedural requirements. This Notice of Intent is issued for information and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
