Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Lee, Virginia, intends to award, on a sole source basis, in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302, a contract to National Institute Metalworking Skills Inc., 10565 Fairfax Blvd, Ste 203, Fairfax, VA 22030 for curriculum and credentialing standards as the performance measures and the basis for all instruction of machinist training conducted in the 91E10/2161 Allied Trades Specialist Course. Allowance for immediate access to unlimited registration and testing for the US Army Ordnance School. This is not a request for Competitive Proposals. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996.
