This action is being executed Pursuant to Public Law 112-56, the Special Employee Incentive, Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Program,. SM Resources Corporation will provide on-the job instruction and the necessary books, supplies, and equipment. The Department of Veterans Affairs will compensate the Employer for the on-the -job training, Employer shall be entitled to fifty percent (50%) of the total compensation paid to the veteran for the first six (6) months of the veteran's employment.
