Notice of Intent: Sole Source of CCIM Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate

General Services Administration, Public Building Service, Greater Southwest Region intends to negotiate with Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) for a five (5) day training course to provide Regional Leasing Contracting Officers with instruction on CCIM's Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate training for approximately 15-20 regional Leasing Contracting Officers. This is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. All written responses must include a written narrative of capability, including technical information demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements. The responses must be sufficient to permit agency analysis to establish a bona-fide capability to meet the requirement. Failure to submit such documentation will result in the Government proceeding as stated above. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Affirmative written responses must be received no later than 15 days after the publication of this synopsis.
