U--Notice of Intent to Sole Source Construction Management Certification Prep Course BPA - August 7-9 2019

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Strategic Acquisition Center Frederick (SAC-F), intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed priced commercial purchase order to provide Certified Construction Manager training to Veterans Affairs Construction and Facilities Management Personnel. A sole source procurement will be issued to Construction Management Association of America in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) -Soliciting from a Single Source. The NAICS code for this procurement is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training. The size standard is $11 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements and submit quotations by the closing date/time of this notice. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
